What a fabulous weekend! Casey took some time off from work and we were able to visit our good friends the Barnhurst Family in Maryland just outside of D.C. The weather was perfect, the kids were well behaved, the company was hysterical and we had the best time making memories as a family. We saw a lot of the downtown area and walked probably 5 miles in 2 days with 4 kids all under age 3. We had picnics in the park, races with the strollers, took lots of pictures and had a good dose of therapeutic laughter. It is amazing how our country is operated and that the foundation of this country is exactly what our politicians are trying to remove..."one nation under God". I am sure that our forefathers and those who have paid the ultimate price for freedom are sickened by the misleading and power hungry individuals who seek to remove God from the very nation he created. Anyways, our trip was super fun and educational!
